Karen Conrad

Karen Conrad is an experienced professional in environmental services and water management, currently serving as the Mid~South Environmental Services Area Director for Communities Unlimited since June 2013, overseeing operations in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Conrad has a strong background in consulting for small communities and rural water districts, providing technical, managerial, and financial assistance as the Oklahoma State Coordinator. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Crowder College, where responsibilities encompassed directing water and wastewater management programs and teaching related courses. Additional roles include Operations Management Specialist at Community Resource Group and Business Director at NAHCA. Before transitioning to these positions, Conrad directed water quality activities at Missouri American Water Company.
