Tara Sullivan

Tara Sullivan is an experienced professional with a strong background in program implementation, administration, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Weatherization Coordinator at the Community Action Council of Howard County since April 2017, Tara oversees the Weatherization Assistance Program, ensuring production and quality objectives are met. Previously, Tara held various roles at the YMCA of Central Maryland over nearly a decade, including Administrative Specialist and Director of Administrative Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations, staff training, compliance, and program development. Earlier experiences include working as a Sponsor & Member Development Associate at the MDDC Press Association and multiple administrative roles at the YMCA, providing support in fundraising and operational tasks. Tara holds Associate of Arts degrees in Biology and Environmental Science from Howard Community College.
