Hasani Moore

Hasani Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on service and support for vulnerable populations. As a Product Owner at The Psychopharm since December 2017, Hasani emphasizes creativity and service to those in need. In concurrent positions as Manager at The Cut Clinic and Senior Peer Case Manager-Supervisor at Community Action Marin, Hasani contributes to independent services for clients and leads outreach efforts for the homeless mentally ill population. Additionally, as a Relief Counselor at Homeward Bound of Marin, Hasani provides support and guidance to homeless individuals while addressing complex challenges associated with their situations.
