Paula Kuhn

Paula Kuhn is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people operations, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of People and Culture at Community Action Marin, Paula has previously held roles such as Director of People Operations in freelance consulting, Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ecotrust, and Senior Human Resources Advisor at KinderCare Education, where support was provided for over 10,000 employees. As a co-founder of CULTURE LABx, Paula advocated for the importance of company culture. Paula's educational qualifications include an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a BA in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
