Erin Cross

Erin Cross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erin has held various roles in recruitment and talent acquisition, starting as an International Recruitment Associate at Management Systems International in 2008. Erin then progressed to become Deputy Director of Recruitment at the same company, where they supervised staff and implemented recruitment strategies. Later, they joined Social Impact as the Business Development Recruitment Manager and eventually became the Director of Recruitment. In 2022, they assumed the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Social Impact.

In addition to their recruitment roles, Erin also gained experience in club management and organization as the President of Dupont Circle of Speakers Club at Toastmasters International. Erin successfully led the club to achieving the Select Distinguished Club status.

Erin also demonstrated their passion for education and philanthropy through their roles as an Education Program Assistant at Population Connection, where they recruited interns and managed education curricula, and as a National Book Bank Intern at First Book, where they coordinated book distributions and developed partnerships.

Erin Cross completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in European Studies and French from the University of South Carolina from 2002 to 2006. In 2005, they also attended Université Stendhal Grenoble 3 for a semester as part of their Bachelor's degree program, focusing on the study of French. Additionally, Erin obtained a certificate in ATD DEI in Talent Development from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in March 2023.
