Kate Singogo, MPA, has over a decade of experience in program management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Program Manager and Team Lead at Community Action Opportunities since November 2011, Kate also facilitates the Nurturing Parenting program for parents and children. Prior to this role, Kate was a self-employed contractor managing various projects, including data mining, SEO, and social media consulting. Experience as an Early Childhood Assessor at SRI International involved administering developmental assessments for young children. Additionally, Kate held the position of Program Manager at CARING for Children, Inc., overseeing foster care licensing. Kate holds a Master of Public Administration from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
