Mia Harnos

Mia Harnos currently serves as the Director of Energy Partnerships at the Community Action Partnership - National Office, a position held since October 2024. In this role, Mia manages and directs the NCAP Weatherization and Energy portfolio, focusing on informing programs and policies across various interest groups and stakeholders at multiple levels. Prior to this, Mia held several leadership positions at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency from January 2013 to October 2024, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Chief Development & Communications Officer, and Director of Development & Communications. Additional experience includes a role as Marketing Operations Manager at LLamasoft, Inc. and as Marketing Communications Manager at HealthMedia.
