Eric Kelley Mpa

Eric Kelley MPA, CPP is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Payroll/HRIS Manager at Community Action Partnership of Kern, Eric has previously held roles as Payroll/HRIS Administrator and Human Resources Specialist within the same organization. Before that, Eric worked as an HRIS Analyst at Wonderful Orchards and as a Systems Manager at L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. Eric holds a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University, Northridge, obtained in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution, completed in 1992.
