Fred Plane

Fred Plane has been working in the social services sector for over ten years. Fred started their career as a board treasurer for Pathway Family Services, where they worked for October 2009 to July 2019. Fred then became the Chief Financial Officer for Kern Medical Center, where they worked from July 2007 to April 2011. Fred retired from this position in April 2011. Fred Plane then started working at their current position as the Vice Chair for Community Action Partnership of Kern.

Fred Plane received a Master of Public Administration from CSU Bakersfield and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from both CSU Bakersfield and Pacific Union College.
