Pritika Ram

Pritika Ram is the current Director of Administration at Community Action Partnership of Kern. Pritika has previous experience working as a Social Service Worker Emergency Response/Permanent Placement with the Department of Human Services in Kern County and as a Family Support Officer with the Department of Child Support Services also in Kern County. Pritika has dedicated their career to helping others and has a passion for working with vulnerable populations. Pritika is a strong advocate for social justice and believes that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. Pritika is a tireless worker who always goes above and beyond to help those in need. Pritika is an excellent leader and motivator, and their team always knows that they can count on their to get the job done right.

Pritika Ram received their Masters of Public Administration with an emphasis in Health Care Management from California State University-Bakersfield. Pritika also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University.

Their manager is Jeremy Tobias, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Freddy Hernandez - Director, Youth & Community, Traco Matthews - Chief Program Officer, and Yolanda Gonzales - Director, Head Start/State Child Development.
