Christina Mayo

Christina Mayo is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Lease Administration at PetSmart since October 2025, Christina previously held significant leadership roles at CIM Group, including Managing Director and 1st Vice President of Asset Management. At VEREIT, Inc., Christina was the Senior Vice President of Multi-Tenant Property/Asset Management, overseeing a substantial shopping center portfolio valued at over $1 billion and totaling approximately 14.8 million square feet. Additional roles in Christina's career include Senior Property Manager at Kitchell, Property Manager at Vestar, and various management positions with ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Southwest Retail Group, and LandGrant Development, Inc.
