Darline Thigpen has extensive experience in community services, currently serving as an ERSEA Resource Specialist and previously as a Family Engagement Specialist at the Community Action Partnership of North Alabama since July 2015. Darline Thigpen also held the position of Area Team Leader at the same organization from July 2012 to October 2014. Darline Thigpen earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of North Alabama between 1978 and 1982.
