Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County
Angela Lightfoot, CPA has a strong background in finance and has held key leadership positions throughout their career. Angela began their career with the American Red Cross in 1994, working in financial development until 2001. Angela then joined the YWCA of Lancaster as the Chief Financial Officer, where they developed and managed a $3.5 million budget and ensured financial accountability to various funders. In 2015, Angela moved to the Library System of Lancaster County as the Chief Financial Officer before returning to the YWCA of Lancaster in 2016. Currently, Angela serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County.
Angela Lightfoot, CPA, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Drew University. Angela also studied Business Management and Accounting at Penn State University and Business Analytics at The Wharton School. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the PA State Board of Accountancy.

The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County champions the achievement of long-term self-sufficiency for individuals and families through services and advocacy targeting the elimination of poverty. Each year CAP reaches nearly 30,000 low-income families through services that support child development & education, health & nutrition, household stability, and public safety & violence prevention to help them not only meet their essential daily needs but to work toward long-term financial self-sufficiency.
