The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County champions the achievement of long-term self-sufficiency for individuals and families through services and advocacy targeting the elimination of poverty. 

Each year CAP reaches nearly 30,000 low-income families through services that support child development & education, health & nutrition, household stability, and public safety & violence prevention to help them not only meet their essential daily needs but to work toward long-term financial self-sufficiency.
