Hayley Minchow has extensive experience in family engagement and case management in the education sector. Hayley began their career in 2013 with the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster & Saunders Counties as a Head Start Family Engagement Specialist, where they provided case management services to families and supported school readiness for Head Start children. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Head Start Lead Family Engagement Specialist, where they mentored and coached other specialists and assisted in planning and implementing family engagement activities. In 2019, they joined Lincoln Public Schools as a Family Engagement Specialist.
From 2008 to 2012, Hayley Minchow attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Child Youth and Family Studies.
