Elena Pepitone

Elena Pepitone is a dedicated professional with experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion as the SOAR benefits specialist at Community Alliance since July 2022. Previously, Elena served as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair for Kappa Kappa Gamma from August 2019 to September 2022, focusing on enhancing inclusive recruitment practices and fostering a diverse chapter environment. In addition, Elena contributed to the Asian Community & Cultural Center in 2021 by creating informative materials on Medicare and Medicaid, advocating for COVID-19 vaccinations, and leading discussions on public health. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed in 2022.
