Kathleen Tushaus

Kathleen Tushaus is a skilled Human Resources Specialist at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, contributing to various projects that enhance employee communication, engagement, and retention since March 2021. Prior experience includes a competitive rotation program as a Business Associate, where Kathleen gained valuable insights in marketing, human resources, and member service operations. Additionally, during an internship at Innovation Lab, Kathleen facilitated financial literacy initiatives for over 1,000 college students and managed a team of student ambassadors.
