Melissa Peery has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the cash, payments, and office operations. Melissa has worked at various financial institutions such as CommunityAmerica Credit Union, Academy Bank, and Armed Forces Bank. In their roles, Melissa has been involved in developing technical solutions to business problems, collaborating with various stakeholders, and supervising teams to ensure smooth operations. Melissa graduated with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Metropolitan Community College-Blue River in 2013.
