Thomas Carignan

Thomas Carignan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and public service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Payments & Banking at CommunityAmerica Credit Union since September 2019, Thomas also holds a position as a City Council Member for Overland Park, contributing to governance in a first-class city. Previously, Thomas was the Managing Director and Vice President at EFL Associates, overseeing board and executive search practices, and served as Senior Vice President for Institutional Banking at UMB Bank, where a suite of custom banking and payment solutions was implemented for institutional clients. Early career experience includes a role as Banking Center Manager III at Commerce Bank, where comprehensive banking center operations were mastered.
