Missy Agee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in credit union operations and strategic pricing. Currently serving as the Director of Member Operations & Support at CommunityAmerica Credit Union since May 2011, Missy has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including Director of Member Experience Support and Director of Retail Branch Experience. Prior to this role, Missy worked at YRC Worldwide, Inc. from August 2003 to May 2011, where responsibilities included managing pricing strategies and revenue planning as a Pricing Manager and Senior Strategy Analyst. Missy holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
