Binaifer Dabu has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Binaifer started their career at Hiscock & Barclay, LLP in 1989 as a Network Administrator, where they successfully supervised system migration projects and designed and facilitated training programs. Binaifer then moved on to Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC in 1997, where they served as a Network Administrator/Consultant/Trainer. In this role, they maintained company-wide infrastructure, designed and facilitated training programs, and worked as a primary liaison with clients. In 2007, Binaifer joined Welch Allyn as a Senior Specialist in Organizational Capability and Development. Binaifer'sresponsibilities included talent development initiatives, compliance training, process improvement, and technical documentation. Currently, they are working at Community Bank System, Inc. as the VP and Director of Learning & Organizational Development. Binaifer has played a key role in developing strategic partnerships, designing leadership development programs, and creating talent development frameworks. Binaifer Dabu, CPTD holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Southern California University for Professional Studies. In addition, Binaifer has obtained certifications as a Certified Professional in Talent Development from the ATD Certification Institute and as a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist from Microsoft. Binaifer also holds a certification as a Certified Novell Netware Administrator from Novell.
