Lawrence Witter

Lawrence Witter has extensive work experience in the fields of financial intelligence, compliance, and security. Lawrence has held various roles in different organizations, including Adirondack Bank, Community Bank System, Inc., Morrisville State College, ACAMS, NBT Bank, Keuka College, Alliance Bank NA, Partners Trust Bank, BSA AML Compliance in the Financial Services Industry, and Syracuse University Department of Public Safety. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for administering BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance programs, managing fraud management and physical security programs, and conducting corporate investigations. Lawrence Witter has also served as an adjunct instructor in criminal justice, specializing in white-collar crime.

Lawrence Witter earned a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Private Security Management from American Military University between 2004 and 2006. Lawrence also holds a certification from ACAMS, obtained at an unspecified time.
