Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Community Bank Of The Bay since October 2019, Kay previously provided consulting services to banks and credit unions from 2018 to 2019. As EVP, Chief Operations & Strategy Officer at New Resource Bank from 2011 to 2018, Kay led initiatives promoting sustainability and community values, contributing to the bank's growth before its acquisition by Amalgamated Bank. Prior roles include SVP, Director of IT at both 1st Pacific Bank of California and U.S. Bank, as well as AVP Information Systems at USE Credit Union. Kay holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from UC San Diego and completed the Triodos Bank Visionary Leadership Program in 2018.
