Daniel Souders, MBA, has worked in various roles within the banking and finance industry. From 2000 to 2005, they served as a Loan Officer at IBC Bank, where they provided loans to customers. In 2005, they joined NEO Federal Credit Union as a Loan Officer for a year. In 2006, they transitioned to Community Bank & Trust, where they took on the role of Chief Underwriter / Commercial Lender. In this position, they ensured compliance with consumer laws and regulations and provided outstanding service to both existing and potential loan customers.

Following high school, Daniel pursued higher education at Independence Community College, earning an Associates of Science degree in Business from 1993 to 1995. Daniel then transferred to Pittsburg State University, where they studied Finance and obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from 1995 to 1998. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Daniel went on to pursue an MBA degree with a focus on Finance at Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2012. Daniel'seducation has provided him with a strong foundation in finance and business administration.
