Laura Fortier

Laura Fortier has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Pepsi Bottling Ventures for over 10 years. Following this, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Alliance Healthcare Services from 2005 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at R.A. Jeffreys Distributing Company, where they led the HR team. After that, they joined MCNC as the Director of Human Resources, leading the HR function for the non-profit provider of infrastructure and network communications. Before their current role, Laura worked at McKesson as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Based Care, LLC. Overall, Laura Fortier has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has contributed to the strategic people thinking and support of the organizations they have worked for.

Laura Fortier received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from North Carolina State University. Laura also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from NC State Poole College of Management.
