Leon Odell

Leon Odell has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and implementation. Leon started their career at Lindley Habilitation Services as a Habilitation Technician from April 2012 to September 2014. Leon then worked as a Clinical Supervisor from September 2014 to January 2016. From April 2016 to April 2019, Leon Odell served as the Clinical Director at Lindley Habilitation Services.

In 2019, Leon Odell joined the Community Based Care as an Implementation Manager from May 2019 to October 2019, where they assisted with the implementation of electronic documentation systems and prepared for the implementation of new companies.

Following this, Leon Odell worked as a Data Analyst at Community Based Care from October 2019 to January 2023. In this role, they coordinated and prioritized project tasks, managed timelines, and developed systems and processes for implementation to maximize revenue targets.

Currently, Leon Odell is working as an IT Data Analyst II at Community Based Care, starting from January 2023. In this position, they act as a lead engineer, manages small projects, provides end-user support, and generates reports on their areas of responsibilities. Leon also analyzes, problem-solves, and debugs complex application environments while maintaining and managing accessible databases and electronic health records management systems.
