Dr. Vicki Phiilips

Dr. Vicki Phillips currently serves as the Chief Clinical and Development Officer and Deputy Chief of Program Development at Community Bridges since October 2020. In addition, Dr. Phillips is the President of RTGI Consulting, focusing on transformative solutions in behavioral health, a position held since September 2017. Previous roles include Chief Behavioral Health Officer at Arizona's Children Association and Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Optum, where responsibilities included overseeing ACC AZ Medicaid behavioral health. Dr. Phillips was also a member of the Executive Board at the Arizona Coalition to End Homelessness and held a senior director position at Community Bridges. Dr. Phillips has a Doctorate in Social Work from Capella University, complemented by degrees from Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University.
