Kathryn Eaton

Kathryn Eaton serves as the Executive Manager of Customer Experience at Centennial Park Cemetery since October 2023 and as the Director of Kathryn Eaton Consulting, specializing in brand and marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and customer experience. In addition, Kathryn is a Board Member at both Community Business Bureau and the Northern Community Health Research Foundation, which has funded significant initiatives for Northern Communities in Adelaide. Previous roles include Head of Brand and Customer Experience at AnglicareSA, Senior Manager of Customer Strategy and Service, and various marketing and communications positions at established organizations such as Southern Cross Care, ACH Group, and Greening Australia. Kathryn holds a Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Adelaide.
