Saranta Gattie-Petrillo is a Senior Programme Manager at Community Business, where Saranta is responsible for driving the development and execution of DIAN across the region. Saranta is also the Founder of Kaira Ventures, designing experiential learning programmes and consulting SMEs on their people strategy & culture. Additionally, Saranta is the Co-Founder of UNTAM3D, a collective community for #Women+ in the #Web3 space. Saranta is also a Co-Founder of The Working Capitol, creating spaces to inspire people to do their best work. Previously, Saranta served as the Head of Learning at Uncommon and has experience in market research, client servicing, and project management. Saranta holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from the University of Chicago.
