Gretchen Ciocco has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Gretchen worked at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization from 2003 to 2018, where they held various roles including Senior Quality Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Senior Manager of Business Operations and Project Implementation, and Director of Business Operations and Process Improvement. Gretchen Ciocco completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ohio University from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their academic credentials, Gretchen Ciocco has obtained several certifications. Gretchen acquired the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist qualification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2022. Their other certifications include the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, obtained from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification received from UPMC Health Plan in July 2020.

Community Care Behavioral Health Organization (Community Care) is a non-profit and federally tax-exempt behavioral health managed care organization, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Incorporated in 1996, Community Care was created by a leadership team whose clinical experiences as behavioral health providers compelled them to create a company whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the community through the delivery of effective, cost-efficient, and accessible behavioral health services. Community Care is dedicated to facilitating the ongoing evolution of the behavioral health system toward one that embraces the journey of healing and transformation; empowering individuals with behavioral health problems to live meaningful lives in the communities of their choosing, while striving to achieve personal goals.
