A.J. Caro has a diverse work experience starting with being the CEO of Arrow Security since 1995. In this role, they focus on overseeing the company, expanding through a unique partner program, and developing their team. A.J. has also allowed partners to share in equity in their own offices, which they consider their greatest accomplishment.
In 2004, A.J. Caro created and led Bridge Business & Property Brokers, Inc., where they gained valuable knowledge about different businesses and their inner workings. This experience provided him with a great education in business.
Additionally, A.J. Caro served as the President of Community Care Home Health Services starting in 2007 and Strategic Healthcare Staffing from 2009 to 2020.
A.J. Caro completed their high school education at West Islip High School from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Empire State University from 2017 to 2020.

For over 20 years, Community Care has been caring for individuals and families across the country. We are a home health care agency offering both medical and non-medical services in the greater Smithtown, White Plains, Nanuet, Rochester, and Buffalo areas. Our team consists of companions, live-ins, home health aides, nurses, and more, providing support services that allow clients to remain independent at home.
