Heather Powell Mshrm

Heather Powell MSHRM has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Heather started their career in 1991 as a District Sales Manager at The Times. Heather then worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Bon Ton in 1996. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Financial Analyst Assistant at WVHTC Foundation. In 2004, they joined General Delivery, Inc as a Corporate Treasurer/Accountant, where they stayed until 2006. Heather then became a Financial Officer at Mountain Line Transit from 2006 to 2011. Heather then held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at The Bicentennial Inn from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Accountant at Specialty Groups, Inc. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Community Care of WV, where they have been since 2018.
