Anthony Minor

Anthony Minor has a diverse work experience in various roles related to internal audit and risk management. Anthony is currently working as the Director of Internal Audit at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since 2022. Prior to this, Anthony worked as the Director of Internal Audit at ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. from 2021 to 2022, where they established the internal audit and SOX compliance program. Anthony also served as the Director of Business Assurance and Advisory at Basic Energy Services from 2011 to 2021, where they created and delivered enterprise risk management and audit presentations. Before that, Anthony worked as a CPA and Manager at Horne LLP in 2008 and as the Director of Internal Audit at American Woodmark from 2004 to 2008. Anthony also held the role of Regional Controller at Adelphia Communications from 2002 to 2004 and worked as a Senior Auditor at GE Capital Finance (formerly Security Capital Group) from 1999 to 2002.

Anthony Minor holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from New Mexico State University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Anthony has obtained the Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Finance and Accounting Professionals Certificate from AICPA in 2022, the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2019, the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in 2008, the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2005, and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 1998.
