Carmen Jurado

Carmen Jurado, MBA, currently serves as the District Director of Operations at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since April 2023, having previously held the same title at CNG Holdings, Inc. from June 2002 to November 2022. In these roles, Carmen Jurado managed daily operations and full P&L for multiple locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and overseeing sales, debt management, and site operations. Carmen Jurado also focused on training location managers, establishing performance goals, and maintaining financial records. Prior experience includes serving as a Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Dots from December 1999 to May 2002. Carmen Jurado holds an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wittenberg University.
