Kaitlyn Myers McCormack

Kaitlyn Myers McCormack has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kaitlyn most recently worked at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, where they served as the Sr. Director of Corporate Talent Management and as the Director of Executive Recruiting. Prior to this, Kaitlyn worked at the TMX Finance Family of Companies, holding various positions including Director of Executive Recruiting, Associate Director of Executive Recruiting, Sr. Corporate Recruiting Manager, Field Recruiting Manager, Corporate Operations Recruiter, and Field Recruiter. Before joining TMX Finance, they worked at The Advisory Board Company as a Recruiting Specialist, Senior Recruiting Coordinator, and Marketing Associate/Senior Marketing Associate.

Kaitlyn Myers McCormack attended Ursinus College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business & Economics and Communication. In 2009, they also participated in a study abroad program at James Cook University in Queensland, Australia.
