Karl Grotheer

Karl Grotheer has extensive work experience in human capital operations, technology, and HRIS. Karl is currently working as the VP of Human Capital Operations and Technology at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. Before that, they held roles as the Senior Director of Human Capital Operations and Technology and Senior Director of HRIS at the TMX Finance Family of Companies from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Memorial Health University Medical Center as the Manager of IT Financial/Admin Systems from 1991 to 2015.

Karl Grotheer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Armstrong State University in 1985. Karl then went on to pursue an MBA in Business from the Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University, which they completed between 1999 and 2001.
