Justin Maranon

Justin Maranon is a seasoned professional in healthcare recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at CCI Health Services since January 2023. Previously, Justin held positions as a Caregiver Recruiter at TheKey and as both a Business Development Manager and Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Group. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Member at Harrisonburg Rescue Squad, Inc. and as an Administrative Assistant at Harrisonburg Family Practice Associates, where responsibilities involved patient interactions and insurance processing. Justin also contributed as a Community Engagement Manager for the JMU Student Government Association and gained practical experience as a student volunteer at the James Madison University Health Center, working directly with patients in the General Medicine department.
