Sunny J (Sam) has worked in the recruitment industry since 2015, when they began their role as a Recruitment Specialist at Robert Half. In 2019, they joined Talenya as a Talent Expert. At Talenya, they help leading companies around the world fill hard-to-fill jobs and make talent acquisition more efficient, by using data from thousands of online sources to rapidly identify the right talent for each job.

Sunny J (Sam) received a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from IIM Udaipur MBA - GSCM in 2014, having started their studies in 2012.
