Jessica Luparello

Jessica Luparello has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Staff Attorney at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from December 2005 to February 2007. Jessica then worked as an Associate Attorney at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C. where they represented clients in utility rate cases.
