Rachel Courts has extensive experience in the marketing and communications field. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Community Coffee, where they lead a team of marketers and implements strategies to promote the brand. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Global Marketing Director at VF Corporation and as the Director of Global Marketing Communications at Dickies®, a VF Company. At Dickies®, they were responsible for creating the Global Brand Marketing Communications practice and played a key role in driving the growth of the brand. Rachel also has experience working at IMRE as a Public Relations and Social Media Account Manager, where they managed retail accounts and developed PR and social media plans. Rachel has also held positions at JCPenney as a Public Relations Manager and at Condé Nast International as an Accessories Assistant for W Magazine. Overall, Rachel Courts has a strong background in marketing, communications, and public relations across multiple industries.

Rachel Courts attended the University of North Texas, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Merchandising. Rachel completed their education at this institution in 2008.
