Ray Garcia has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Operations Manager at Community Coffee, Ray oversees operations in the West Region, including P&L responsibilities, supply chain management, and facilities management. Prior to this role, Ray was the Route Sales Supervisor at Downtown Distributing, where Ray managed route sales employees and handled food service product purchases and installations. Ray holds a Lean Six Sigma degree from Texas Southern University.
