Matias Peluffo

Matias Peluffo currently serves as the Regional Operations Sr. Manager for Rappi, overseeing business growth in the South Cone region (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay) with a focus on service quality, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction. Prior to this role, Matias held various positions at Genersol, including Operations Manager for Argentina and Uruguay, and Head of Operations for Uruguay, where responsibilities encompassed business development and project management in the electric generators sector across Latin America. Matias also has experience as a Project Manager at Asuan HVAC, managing projects in thermal conditioning, and began their career as a Project Manager Assistant at CSI Ingenieros, contributing to engineering project designs. Matias holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de la República and completed a Full Stack Web Developer program at Hack Academy.
