Julie Larock

Julie LaRock serves as the Dean of Student Success at the Community College of Aurora since February 2024, following a progressive career in student leadership and residential education. Prior roles include Director of Student Leadership & Development and Assistant Director of Student Leadership & Development at the same institution, and Assistant Director of Residence Life- Recruitment, Selection, and Wellbeing at the Colorado School of Mines. Julie has extensive experience in managing residence halls, developing community programs, and overseeing student conduct processes across various universities, including the University of New Hampshire and San Diego State University. With a Master of Arts in Postsecondary Educational Leadership from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Julie brings a strong educational foundation to the field of student affairs.
