Shannon McLaughlin Rooney

Shannon McLaughlin Rooney, Ph.D., is currently serving as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategic Communications at Community College of Philadelphia. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions in marketing, communications, and writing at organizations such as Temple University, Independence Blue Cross, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. With a background in media and communication, Shannon has a wealth of experience in writing, editing, and managing communications collateral. Shannon is also an adjunct faculty instructor at Morgan State University and has a strong educational background, including a Ph.D. in Media & Communication from Temple University.
