Hannah Zorn

Hannah Zorn is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in case management, administrative support, and financial counseling. Currently serving as an Intake Case Manager and SEP Case Manager Assistant at Community Connections, Inc. since 2021, Hannah has previously held roles such as Administrative Assistant at StoneAge Waterblast Tools, Surgery Scheduler at Animas Foot and Ankle, and Financial Counselor at Animas Surgical Hospital. Additionally, Hannah gained experience as a Vault Teller at Bank of the San Juans. Hannah Zorn graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College, further enhancing a solid educational foundation that includes studies at Central New Mexico Community College.
