Sarah Hess is a seasoned Child and Family Therapist at Chestnut Health Systems, a position held since June 2009. Prior experience includes serving as an Early Intervention Therapist at the Community Counseling Center and as a Case Manager at Chestnut Health Systems from July 2005 to October 2007, providing counseling and case management services to teens and their families post-residential drug treatment. Sarah Hess holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Lindenwood University, earned between 2003 and 2006.

With roots dating back to 1874, Community Counseling Center is one of Maine's oldest and most comprehensive private, nonprofit family service agencies, making positive and lasting changes in the lives of 6,000 individuals and families each year through prevention, education, treatment and wellness programs.
