Veral Adair, Jr. serves as the Health Integrations Coordinator at the Community Counseling Center of Mercer County since April 2011, overseeing the integration of physical health into agency services and advocating for consumer healthcare. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Navigator, Substitute Faculty at Youngstown City School District, Group Counselor at George Junior Republic, CEO/Lead Facilitator for VAJ Advocacy, and Resiliency Facilitator at Sharon School District. As an Instructor/Community Liaison Trainer at Drexel University, Veral emphasized cultural perspectives in mental health training. Veral holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Social Work and a Master of Arts in African Studies from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Youngstown State University.
