Ellen D. has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as Director of Clinical Operations and Business Development at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010. Ellen then moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Community Care Alliance of Illinois in 2013. Following this, Ellen worked as an Independent Healthcare Consultant from 2015 to 2020, specializing in value-based and operations consulting. Ellen then joined BDO USA, LLP in 2020 as Director of Healthcare Advisory before taking on the role of Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago in 2023.
