Thomas Calnan is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and analysis. Currently serving as a Grant Accountant at The Community Group since November 2017, Thomas has previously held key positions such as Senior Accountant at Brockton Public Schools and Senior Portfolio Analyst at Bank of America. Additional experience includes roles as a Mutual Fund Analyst at State Street, Investment Analyst at Deutsche Bank, and Trust Fund Accountant at Scudder Investments. Thomas completed a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

The Community Group (TCG) is a private, nonprofit organization creating opportunities through education since 1970. TCG manages a range of programs, including a network of early childhood and out-of-school time programs, a network of charter and district public schools, consulting and training programs, and a child care resource and referral program, Child Care Circuit.
