Crystal Romero, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Crystal most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Community Dental Partners, where they managed various HR functions. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting and implementing new recruitment strategies. Before joining Community Dental Partners, Crystal held positions as a Practice Manager at the company and as a Finance Manager and Marketing Specialist at SENIOR CENTER RESOURCES AND PUBLIC TRANSIT INC. Crystal also has experience as a Finance Manager at Women In Need and as a Relationship Banker at Alliance Bank. Crystal began their career as a Service Specialist at American National Bank of Texas, and they also served as a Senior Project Manager at Stromberg Architectural Prod.
